| Candle dreams of time If I lit another candle today with express thought of you and send it on the wings of time what would you do? for you are out there somewhere in this great void but where is your mind today? does it ever sway my way? is it pointless to hold on is there any reason to continue holding on to passion's dreams when you wont answer me I have held out this candle to you for many years that you dont see its light is one of my biggest fears but this light I wont extinguish for it is my deepest wish to see you sitting there one day when I walk my morning's way I hold a vision just at the point of sight that you will return to me on the visions of the night but until then I walk this lonely path waiting and watching to catch you in vision's sight I hold this candle in hope you will see its light and feel the strength of its power and come to put my heart right February 13th 2006 By Jayc © 2006 Jayc (All rights reserved) |
