CRADLE-CROSS-CROWN
Jesus was the Heavenly Son of God
Who was born of a virgin on earth.
The stars shown brightly that night
To tell of His lowly birth.
In the little town of Bethlehem
Where there was no room in the Inn,
Mary brought forth the Christ child
Who would someday save us from sin.
One day on a hill called Calvary
He was beaten and crucified.
He shed His precious blood for us
As He hung on the cross and died.
He arose again on the third day.
Salvation to all, He would bring.
When we confess our sins and accept Him,
He becomes our Savior and King.
He is in Heaven preparing our place.
Someday He is coming down.
He will take us with Him to Heaven
Where we will share His crown.
