~*~LIFE JOURNEY~*~
Life is a journey for you and me
With many twists and turns
Some good and some sad
With surprises that can a blessing be.
The beginning of life was in God's hand
With the perfect moment He planned
For me to join the kinship of man
With great opportunities to become
someone special and grand.
The end is yet to come for me
And still a mystery
That God knows but gives no hint
So I can live fully knowing His intent
For me to return at an appointed time
To live with Him, eternally.
The inbetween is lived by choice
To serve God and man
Making it the best I can
Being grateful for the good that comes
Knowing God is always there to sustain
During the storms and rain
And through it all I can rejoice
That I am a child of the King.
The whole of life journey for me
Is under God's control.
I shall live it brave and bold
So I will leave behind when I am gone
A legacy of good that lives on.
I came and have lived and grown
Seeking God's Will for my life
That love and peace I leave
With loved ones to know
When I am gone I will live on
With my Lord for eternity.
