TWINKLE, TWINKLE IN THE NIGHT! ! !
Glistening, glowing, bright and colorful,
Strings of lights in hues so beautiful
Glass ornamental orbs adorn.
Intertwined with fir branches galore.
Lighten up the darkness so bright,
Even on the blackest of nights.
Spreading joy for the yuletide season,
Jesus Birthday being the reason.
Christmas caroling, oh what fun,
Can't hardly wait for the time to come.
Strolling down streets all aglow,
Singing and laughing in the snow.
What a wonderful time of the year,
Spreading joy and wishes of good cheer.
A time to think of giving with love,
In honor of the Prince of Peace above.
Jesus the Christ child was born,
Swaddled by Mary to keep Him warm.
Let's give Praise to our Lord,
For 'tis His Light that shines in the world.
