| You've been pushing and pushing beyond the limits, To achieve some task, you feel needs to be done. When really and truly, you need to slow down and listen, To the signs being shown you while you are on the run. |

| People today are in the fast lane, life is passing by Forgetting about the little things that have meaning. The sunrise outside your window, greetings to apply. The birds in the trees singing, as dew drops are gleaming. |
| The nature all around you that gives such a show Bees in the spring, working to prepare the honey comb. Little lizzards that greet you, and at night, fireflies aglow, Busy little creatures, who stop to rest in time to enjoy home. |
| The same God who created man, created them also, Implemented mechanisms to help them run in balance. He also gave us those necessities, that we need, To go with the flow, the choice to calibrate ourselves is up to us. |
| So take some time out to relax and enjoy life, It's a gift that's only given once, enjoy it when you can. I know that some have maladies, that cause strife, Be good to yourself and give thanks to God, rejoin His plan. |
