| SHOWERS OF BLESSINGS |
| When you count your blessings, do you make a list? The ones that were unexpected, be sure not to miss. Surprises are blessing too, along with other things Blessings come many ways, sometimes when you phone rings. |
| Just look all around you, many are there to see, The home where you live, while so many roam the streets. Food and clothing to most are just dressings, But to those without, would call them blessings. |

| I've never had to live without my basic needs, For God cares for His children, so listen, take heed. Thank Him everday for all that you receive, For blessings that are to numerous not too believe. |

| What a wonderful blessing, salvation to gain, And lose all the guilt, sorrow and shame. To LIVE forever in blessed peace to share, So AWESOME is His LOVE, for all our sins to bear. |

| Count your blessings, name them one by one, This old hymn of faith has really been sung, Believe in its words and do your best to apply, To daily thank HIM for blessings, embellish his name on HIGH ! ! ! ! |

| As I count my many blessings, I discover just how many I have always taken for granted. The ability to see, hear, touch and feel, breathe, these are all senses that most of are blessed to have, but yet they are so much a part of our lives, we just expect them to be there. We tend to forget how precious this are and that they are truly blessings. There are however those blessings that we automatically thank God for every day, our children, our precious grandchildren, our spouses, and our grand parents even if it is their memory we are blessed with At mealtime, alot of times just by ritual, we thank God for our food, but, I dare to say if we ever had to go without food for any length of time, that ritual prayer would become a real BLESSING prayer for the precious morsels of nourishment that has been provided for us. So let's thank God for every little thing, that we are so graciously BLESSED with every day. .....James 1: 17 ~ Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning. AMEN |
