| ISAIAH 40:31 BUT THEY THAT WAIT UPON THE LORD SHALL RENEW THEIR STRENGTH; THEY SHALL MOUNT UP WITH WINGS AS EAGLES; THEY SHALL RUN, AND NOT BE WEARY; AND THEY SHALL WALK, AND NOT FAINT. |

From mountains high see valleys below All colored in green, rainbows and snow The highest peak among the misty clouds Views of vistas sometimes allowed. Running streams catch up with falls Spilling down the huge granite walls The air is moist, smelling of morning dew Drifting clouds across the heights, opening views. Beautiful scenes of grandeur covered with life Emerging up and down causing shifts in light The majesty of places high give a sense of awe To every living thing, it breathes upon it all. Now, who can truly deny the creation up there Where you can go to find such beauty rare The eagle with its power, soaring across the skies Searching out the smallest feast with binocular eyes. Words to describe the beauty of it's display Are not enough to justify their array Of all the places on this earth I choose to be Is high upon a mountain top, a little closer to Thee!
