Music is a melody in our heart,
Jesus knew from the start,
That at times our spirit would need a lift.
That at times we would be adrift.
And since we all have different ideas and tastes,
He made all of the instruments with much haste.
And we also use the instruments to worship Him
Some are very proper and very prim.
Others are loud as we all know,
But from those a melody will also grow,
At times our Spirit needs the "proper"
And at times we need to remove the stopper."
Yes, music is a very important part of lifting our Spirit and our heart!
Jesus instilled that in us you know,
And to Him our gratitude we should always SHOW !
