Where would we be without friends
They stand by your side, happy to abide
No matter the time..day or night
Encouraging us always to do what is right
A friend sticketh closer then a brother
God's word tells it like no other
As our lives go marching on..
Seeing a friend is like a melodious song
Smiling faces as each one embraces
Oh where has all the time gone?
Catching up on news and places
Remembering the sweet frame of youth
Finding that special friend to cherish
Bonding in ways never guessed
Sharing one's heart to the finish
A long loving friendship passes the test
